Just go for it !
I have only been training with Eliser for a couple of months however I’ve already felt a massive difference. He has tailored challenging and mindful exercises specifically to support areas of weakness which are clearly improving with every week that passes and he is very encouraging and motivational. I also do his dance classes which are excellent workouts, challenging and above all, lots of fun to participate in.

I’ve been training with Elieser for a few years now and I can thoroughly recommend both his personal training sessions and his group exercise classes. Both are effective but imaginative and inventive – the exercises get switched up but are also different to the usual things you would expect, which keeps it interesting and also challenging. Elieser makes sure to understand what you are looking to achieve and also what you are capable of to push you just enough so that you work safely, effectively and continue to see improvements (the mantra is also ‘nice & easy’ – although that’s often met with faces of incredulity). Elieser always makes sure to focus on core strength, which means you are truly building up your strength and you’ll feel the results across your day to day life as well as in the gym. Give it a go – sometimes it is ‘nice & easy’ but it’s also lots of fun.
