In a group personal training setting, you will be doing things at your own level of fitness or ability.
You will enjoy ongoing support with your workouts, your diet and your lifestyle. Group sessions can take place outdoors, in the comfort of your home or online. Nutrition advice and a workout programme are included in your training.
